We do not believe in a rigid, "one-size-fits-all" approach. We analyze your complete financial picture—including your specific timeline, tax environment, and risk tolerance—to build a customized portfolio using fundamental and market trend analysis. Our core focus relies on broad diversification across asset classes and tax-aware management to protect your capital from unnecessary tax drag.
-
Not at all. You retain ultimate control over your financial decisions. You can choose to engage us on a discretionary basis, which grants us the authority to execute trades and rebalance your portfolio within agreed-upon parameters without calling you first. Alternatively, you can choose a non-discretionary basis, meaning we provide the recommendations, but you must explicitly approve every trade before execution. You may also place reasonable written restrictions on specific securities or sectors.

We are a fee-only firm. Our only compensation comes directly from the transparent fees paid by our clients. We do not accept commissions, sales charges, 12b-1 fees, or any revenue-sharing arrangements from third parties, product providers, or insurance companies. This structure ensures our incentives are completely aligned with your financial growth.

$4,000,001 – $5,000,000: 0.60%
$5,000,001 and above: 0.50%
For standalone financial planning or specialized corporate projects (like business pension planning), we charge a flat fee ranging from $2,000 to $10,000+, or a straight hourly rate of $200.
-
We generally require a minimum of $50,000 for ongoing portfolio management accounts. There are no minimums required for standalone financial planning or hourly consulting engagements. We may waive the asset minimum for specific circumstances or family relationships.

We do not take physical custody of your assets. Your investments are securely held in your name at an independent, qualified custodian. We use Altruist Financial LLC as our primary custodian and Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. as our secondary custodian. This means your money is legally separate from our business operations, protected by SIPC insurance up to standard limits, and fully accessible by you at all times.
